Hi Everyone,
I was recently at a pot luck dinner where I tasted a delicious Chicken in Spicy Red Sauce. I was able to obtain the recipe which calls for a spice ........BERBERE. I have never heard of it & cannot find it in any local grocery stores.

After some searching, I have discovered it is an Ethiopian spice mix. If anyone knows how I can re-create this, please respond. THANK YOU!!
