Read an interesting article in the New York Times about how it's BIG NO NO to put cheese on top of seafood pastas... according to many Italians at least. Some of the commentors on the online edition are saying things like:

-We don't do it because it overwhelms the fish flavor
-Depends on your taste, do it if you like
-Someone started the trend and everyone just followed.

Have you heard of this "faux pas" before? Do you use cheese on seafood pastas? What do you think?
