So, what food conventions/trade shows are out there? Does anyone here hit the cons or trade shows? I try to hit Kosherfest, myself, but REALLY wiosh their was a convention or trade show for myself & my fellow food bloggers, just to give us a place to exchange ideas and the like. What about anyone else? What are yuour thoughts on this?

There are food conventions in Australia but they are few and far between . I just love to go to taste the different foods.
