Hi,
Was wandering if someone can tell me the difference when it comes to creaming butter and sugar? Some recipes tell you to put both butter and sugar tog. in bowl and start creaming while some other recipes tell you to first cream
butter first and then add gradually the sugar. Does any one know why there is two different ways, does each way produce a different result?
