Fried Breakfast Wrap

This is a recipe that I made myself, I just thought of this one day and I loved it. Its pretty simple and used to cost around 50 cents to 1$ but the prices of eggs of skyrocketed lately(prices may vary)

Prep.
Medium/small fryingpan with lid
2 eggs
2 mini breakfast sausage links
1 flour tortilla
Mozzerella and cheddar cheese, or a different cheese that melts good if you prefer.

Directions.

1. Get all ingredients ready for convenience
2. Cut sausage links into 1/2inch-1inch chunks and then cook until brown and set on a plate.
3.Butter pan and then fry the eggs. (Break yolks so the eggs are not runny.)
4.After eggs are cooked chop up the eggs and mix with sausage chunks.
5. In the same frying pan, add more butter or maragine, not to much maybe 1tblspn at the most.
6. Turn tempurature on stove slightly down from eggs cooking temp,a little below medium heat... You don't wanna burn your tortilla do you?
7.Place tortilla into pan and place a small handfull of mozzerella cheese on the tortilla.
8.Place egg and sausage shreads on top of the tortilla, and spread evenly.
9. Place Cheddar cheese on top.
10. Cook until the bottom of the torilla is golden brown(3-7minutes), if the cheese isn't melted, place a lid on the pan and remove from heat until cheese melts.
11.Remove lid and slide contents onto a plate, then fold it in half, if it crunches then its perfect, tortilla is meant to be crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
12.ENJOY!

Extra Tips

If your knife isn't sharp enough to cut frozen sausage links microwave for 30 seconds and then try.

Feel free to add any veggies.

To save dish washing time, rewash pan after cooking sausages so the grease doesn't spatter in the butter, if your pan is big enough its possible to cook the eggs and sauage links at the same time, but still wash after cooking sausages, because your adding butter.

Somtimes I slightly overcook my torilla. If this happens the burnt parts just chip right off.

Its a really filling meal, splitting this in half with somone will still make good portions.
