Ingredients:
6 oz. ground Chicken Meat
1 oz panko
1 ea. egg
1 oz. balsamic glaze
2 oz Onion, julienne
1 oz garlic, minced
1 oz Flour
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 oz mozzarella
3 ea. Slider roll
TT salt/ pepper
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl add the ground chicken, panko, egg, balsamic glaze, garlic, salt, pepper and mix well. Form into 3 2oz portions, next dust the onions in flour and deep fry until a golden brown, remove and pat dry. Grill the patties and buns until golden brown. For the assembly place bottom portion of bun on plate next add the patty, mozzarella and top with onion straws. The heat from the patty and onions will melt the cheese.
