I will see if its available here on my next shopping trip. (I live in Australia). I am a bit of a fan of Philadelphia cheese so I will give it a go.

I was referring to the chive. I've tried making chive cream cheese myself with chives from the garden, you would think it would be better, but it's not the same. The only thing that's better is you can make a really nifty criss-cross pattern with the chives by wrapping them around the cream cheese.

I finally managed to get myself some of this the other day and I like it. Which reminds me, I still have some left over in the fridge and I am hungry....

I am sure it is gone by now. I just happen to be hungry! at this moment

Sounds like we should head back to the kitchen and re-stock!

I am starting to think that Chive Flavor Cream Cheese would subsitute the sour cream on the Old Baked Potato legend. Hhhmm...
What do you guys think?

Yes, Philadelphia chiva flavor cream cheese is so good. have you had it on toast with sliced sweet onions, lettuce leafs, slice smoke cheese or on french bread. I love it. I mix it with some sour cream to. for salads dressing to put on my salads.
