Sure, here you go:
SAUSAGE BALLS
3 Cups Bisquick
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated but not too finely I prefer sharp cheddar, but you can use mild cheddar)
1 pound sausage, hot or mild ( I like the mild with the sharp cheddar)
Preheat the oven to 350 degree; mix all ingredients together, making a thick dough. Note - this is a great way to work off some frustration if you spend the day fighting at pre Christmas sales.
Form into 1" balls and arrange on a baking or cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes; remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Sausage balls are great hot, but they also are nice to have around at room temperature also. On the off chance you have any left over, they will freeze well.
By thy way, I have a friend who used to mix a small jar of grape jelly in woith a jar of barbeque sauce in a slow cooker as a sauce for cocktail weiners. It was pretty good.
