As you can see..I have the turkey recipe, that I like and here is another recipe. brandy cake. ALl you do take a pound cake or a thick some what dry cake and some cherry brandy over it. Pour about 1/4 cup of brandy to a one loaf cake. or 1/2 cup to a large pound cake or any large cake. YOu want ot wrap it up after each time you pour brandy over it..After you do it about 3 to four time. Use your flavor chocolate frosting to forst it all over and garnish with frozen or fresh cherries, serve cold. with whipped cream if you like. I don't care for cheries pie filling on this cake. The plain cherrie on chcolate taste so good. It's best with a spoon ful of whipped cream on the side.
