Easy & great for a holiday, or any day!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour Bundt or Angel food cake pan
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 package (4 ounces) INSTANT chocolate pudding
3/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup Irish Cream liqueur
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat until smooth.
Bake in greased & floured cake pan at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 25 minutes Turn out on cake plate and serve with vanilla ice cream.
