Hi sarai!
I have this banana bread recipe which i tried about 4 years ago and i could not remember anymore who gave me this recipe. You could try this.

2-1/2 cup cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup masked ripe banana (long green ones)
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 cup all purpose cream
2/3 cup softened butter
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Set asidee. Sift the first four ingredients together. Set aside. In a bowl, combine banana, molasses and cream.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, while beating continuously. Add sifted ingredients alternately with banana mixture. Beat until smooth. Stir in raisins. Pour to pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
