Apparently, the server this website is hosted on had a catastrophic hard disc error. I had weekly backups but they were corrupted and unable to be recovered. I changed servers in late Novemeber to accomodate the increased traffic of this site. What you are seeing is the forum BEFORE it was switched to a new server... this is the most recent backup of the old server.

That being said, we've lost a TON of great content, recipes and discussion and I'm sure a lot of our great ChefClub members are dissappointed. Trust me... I know how you feel. The last few days have been absolutely terrible for me and it's hard to watch your own boat sinking while you sit on the shore, unable to do a thing. Unfortunately, I was watching a couple dozen boats "sinking" at the same time. Either other websites of mine, websites of friends, websites of clients, etc.. were all hosted on this corrupted server. All of their data since November is gone as well.

It took 2 days to find the problem, fix the problem, get things restored to November form and I've been on the phone pretty much nonstop trying to do damage control. I'm sorry to say there is absolutely nothing we can do about all the content that was lost. I can only hope that we're able to rebuild this resource up to, and beyond, the incredible value it held only a few short days ago.

Over the next few days, among other things, I'll be putting in a iron-fist backup system so we'll never have to deal with something like this again. Hopefully, the hard lesson of organization and planning that I've learned will help some of you prepare for disasters in your own life, business, job, family, etc... BEFORE they happen.

Thank you again... for everyones previous contributions... and hopefully for your continued support!
iam veryou happy with all of y
