Have you ever made a version of that?
i always make something like that by using sliced bread [ not too thin ]
first spread mayo, then shredded cabbage, cover with 1 slice of cheese &
for topping i add 4 small pieces of salami [ shaped round ] & 2 slices of
thinly sliced green pepper also shaped round. put them in an oven toaster until the cheese is melted & they have a nice light brown color.
P.S i usually make them the night before, cover them with plastic wrap
& just put them in the toaster when you need them.
