Hey CaryAnne I never got around to making your recipe. Had the meat cooking and had about 40 minutes left before that was ready so thought I would get in and make the mashed potatoes. Then I looked at the recipe....
.....and realised that I didn't leave myself enough time. That will teach me to read the recipe right through next time.
I will still be making it though.
