I just bought the
Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker from Amazon and love it. Clean up can be kind of a pain in the you know what, but it's really easy to make great quesadillas and I'm really happy I bought it.
I'm probably going to give a couple of these as Christmas presents! For a future contest, whoever runs this website should offer one of these quesadilla makers as a prize! Now I've got to think of what recipes to enter to win THIS contest!
